Cedar Oil Spray - Natural Essential Oils - Closets, Wood, Drawers

I bought this as an air freshener/scent. Maybe it’s not what it’s supposed used for but it smells great when you spray it but the odor disappears within seconds. I even sprayed 20-30 times in my small guest bathroom after I cleaned it but when I went back in only about 1 minute later, I literally couldn’t detect any cedar odor.

I purchased my second order of this product (two spray bottles per order, very pricey). The first two bottle order was fine. The second two bottle order was bad. No scent. Just water? At almost $25.00 dollars - do not buy. After hundreds of purchases on Amazon I have never given a one star review. This product has earned the bad rating.

The sprayers didn't work very good and the tops didn't stay screwed shut and leaked easily.

I had bought this before, and it was good. Now they changed the liquid. Much we could smell, doesn’t smell any near as good as the previous one. I’m returning these periods of lemon zest ones smell good.

I’ll start by saying that I purchased two bottles of the cedar & fir spray months ago thinking the spray would smell like cedar. Instead it smelled like a very pleasant essential oil spray with what smelled like a strong clove component so I used it as air freshener instead of spraying on clothing to keep away moths. Yesterday I received another shipment, only to find that 1) Both bottles came with weird plastic tape at the top that was supposed to prevent leaking but failed miserably. (So I was missing around a quarter of the liquid in each bottle. This spray is not inexpensive so I was displeased.). (2) The bottles were a different color and the contents smelled utterly different than the last ones —like a completely different product. This time the spray smells like straight-up cedar. I don’t detect fir or any other scent. Which would be fine if I’d ordered it for my clothes closet but this time I was looking for a repeat of the spray I’d grown accustomed to using for air freshening. So whatever. I’ll keep the 3/4 full bottles I got yesterday but I’m not happy with the lack of consistency in the product or with the sloppy approach the store took in packaging.

This product has next to no scent. I use it for closet moth abatement. I can’t find the spray I used to buy, the store owner said they don’t sell it any longer due to some chemical in it. But this stuff is nothing!

The bottle I received was taped to ensure that the product would not spill but it spilled anyway, so I only had about 3/4 of the content. The scent does not smell like Cedar oil but some other, muskier wood. I sprayed the cedar wood pieces I had before whose scent had dissipated and, despite sanding them down a little, the product scent did not stick. It was disappointing to get such a low quality product without a full bottle and pay that price.

If you believe this smells like cedar then you'll believe that I'm dating the Pope. Half of the product leaked out during shipping. Don't buy this. Just ... ... no.
